Sustainability

Responsible choices start with being specific about what we can improve and honest about what we cannot yet claim. Finch & Barker is working to reduce avoidable waste across packaging, shipping and daily operations as the United States business grows.

Packaging needs to protect the product

Dog supplements and oral-care products need packaging that keeps the formula stable, clean and safe to use. We consider that job first, then look for practical ways to reduce unnecessary material and make disposal guidance easier to understand.

Recycling rules differ by city and material. Check the package and your local program before placing any component in a recycling bin. When a part cannot be recycled locally, dispose of it according to local guidance rather than wish-cycling it into the wrong stream.

Shipping should fit the order

Right-sized packing can reduce empty space and excess material. Product protection still matters, especially when damage would waste both the item and the shipment. We review the balance as order patterns, suppliers and available materials change.

Claims should be measurable

We do not use broad environmental language as a substitute for evidence. A material, certification or target should be described only when the relevant details can be checked. Where information is still developing, we will say so.

Customers can help by following storage directions, using the product as labeled and disposing of each component according to local rules. Questions about a package or product can be sent through our contact page.
