Choose a schedule you can use consistently

Estimate how quickly the product is used from the label directions, your dog’s weight and the amount in the package. Do not increase a serving to finish a package before the next shipment. Adjust the delivery schedule instead when the account options allow it.

Review the account controls

Available controls may let you adjust, skip or cancel a future delivery. Check the timing and terms shown in your account. If an order has already entered processing, contact support with the order number so the team can explain the available next step.

A subscription does not lock in a health decision

Stop using a product and ask your veterinarian for advice if your dog develops an unexpected reaction. Reassess the routine when medication, health status, diet or veterinary recommendations change. A repeat delivery should make an appropriate routine easier, not keep an unsuitable product arriving.
